This workshop teaches how to interrupt the patterns of anxiety and depression in children, first by recognizing what patterns need to change and then using creative and hypnotic language, homework, humor to actively make shifts happen. Concrete strategies are based on three frames that help simplify and target the patterns so common in anxiety, depression, somatic, and sleep problems.

For 26 years, Lynn has specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders in adults and children. Lynn received her BA in English from Williams College in 1987, her Masters in Social Work from Boston University in 1990, and has been training extensively with the world’s experts in clinical hypnosis and strategic therapy since 1993.
