Stefano è l’uomo dei numeri e responsabile di tutti i menù ingegnerizzati creati in casa RISTORATORETOP. 

La sua figura unisce competenze strategiche nel campo della ristorazione e la passione e la compenteza nei numeri. Fogli excel, tabelle e matrici sono il suo pane quotidiano (e se hai sbagliato un food cost, stai pur certo che se ne accorgerà!)

Comincia come cuoco in varie cucine stellate (iniziando con Gualtiero Marchesi). Consegue il Master di Restaurant Manager in ALMA, periodo in cui si appassiona al Marketing come studente di RISTORATORETOP. Si immedesima anche uomo di sala in una realtà alberghiera di lusso per oltre un anno.

Successivamente ricopre da Eataly Milano Smeraldo il ruolo di controller di gestione dell’intero reparto Food and Beverage.

Francesca Falchi
Senior Marketing Manager

Francesca è il braccio destro di Lorenzo. 

Consulente strategico e operativo, si occupa dei servizi di Check-up, Identità Differenziante e Direzione Marketing nonché dell’organizzazione operativa di tutte le campagne di RISTORATORETOP.

Laureata in Ingegneria della Comunicazione Digitale, ha poi conseguito un Master di specializzazione in Marketing del Food and Beverage alla Business School di Strathclyde, Glasgow. Ha poi lavorato a Londra per 3 anni come Vice direttore di Ristoranti nella compagnia di Oakman Inns & Restaurants, seguendo continui training in ambito operazionale.
